    Nitecore MT26. High output, multiple modes. Actually, now the highest output of all the lights I own.

    L1D-CE maintenance?

    I have an L1D-CE and love it. If you have access to Super-Lube, this seems to be an really good "latex friendly" PTFE based grease. I use it on all my lights and have been happy with the performance. Most hardware stores in my area carry it. Not sure 'bout Australia though.

    +1 on the L0D-CE. With a lithium energizer, you get excellent brightness and very good runtime.

    +1 on the L91. Lithiums really enhance the performance, plus they can sit for lenghty periods without discharging and work fine in temp xtremes. Welcome to CPF!..Good choice on the Fenix:twothumbs

    +1 on the ARC-P AAA. If PWM is the only issue, this has got to be the best all around task light. Reliable, extremely durable, reasonably bright, and great customer support.

    LOD clip anyone conjer up anything a little more practical?

    I was skeptical about the clip staying put with EDC, so I wraped a piece of clear packing tape around the end, the bent the clip closed ever so slightly. Then slid the clip back over the tape and trimmed off the excess. The benefits are 2 fold. the clip won't mar the lights surface and the tape...

    I was thinking the same thing. Doesn't look bright enough to be a Jupiter. I also agree with the plastic optics degrading the output. Wonder what a quality glass aspherical lens would do for it ? Mike M, does seem like a good host for a mod. Not a badly constructed light. I could do without...

    Help with next torch purchase.

    +1 for the L1D-CE. Great regulated output on an L91 Lithium. Turbo mode is 90 lumens advertised.

    Sounds like you want an an ARC-P . Although I wouldn't use a 10440.
