For those that own a Barn Burner and are interested in a replacement battery pack, I found two possible sources for consideration. One is the OEM and the other is Battery Space. Feel free to contact either for additional information.

OEM Information
Pricing:
Li-ion Battery (6,750mAh) $90.00 USD, plus shipping
Li-ion Battery ( 10,200mAh) $130.00 USD, plus shipping
There are quantity discount breaks if you buy more than one battery

Additional Comments:
They make a newer version of this light that uses the same type of battery pack. They confirmed it would work with the Barn Burner. They also confirmed the existing charging system would work with the battery packs.

Cells: Panasonic

Payment Form: PayPal or Bank Wire (T/T)

Warning, we cannot recommend using a larger capacity battery for the Barnburner than came stock. The battery capacity that was provided helps protect the ballast from getting too hot.
A larger capacity battery should not be used, the ballast will get too hot, from the extended run time.
Also from China, I would not trust the battery cells used, that they are not counterfeits. They claim Panasonic cells are used, but who knows what they are really.

So will the Battery Space packs work without harm to the light? Is there anyway that your company can manufacture replacement packs for our beloved BarnBurners?

Sorry no we don't sell battery packs for it anymore, but we found the Battery Space solution a few years ago and have been sending everyone there for some years now. It was the most cost effective solution for our customers.
As long as you comply with the original battery pack capacity (or very close to it), there are no issues with using a rebuilt pack. The internal PCB in your old pack must be reused, if it were found to be bad we have a few replacements of those that are available. So far that has never been the case, we have not needed to provide anyone the internal pack small charge PCB. It has a "fuseable link" on it, I know of 2 cases where the battery got shorted and that needed to be replaced on the PCB, but the PCB was still good otherwise.

Just used the Barn Burner with the Henlin replacement 10,200mAh battery on a caving trip.
Ran it continuous for 13 - 15 minutes with no issue. It would probably not a good idea to run the light continuously longer than the original runtime spec.
