Where is the mystical "notify moderators" button? I looked all over and don't see it anywhere. Is it just a matter of cilcking a moderators name at the bottom and sending a PM?

Look underneath all of the posts. There is the sig line, and under that there are four icons that say "Post Extras" next to them. It is the third from left, with a pictures of a document with a slash through it.

They are supposed to notify the moderators about the post, so they can review it if you think its content is questionable. I'm not sure if they actually do anything though.
