Just did a quick google search, Wal-mart has it for $53.
For the $50-$65 price range, there are a lot of quality lights availBle. Depending on how you plan to use the light, there could be better options. If you can provide some info on how you would use the light, you will get plenty of suggestions.
You mentioned watch repair, I would about a headlamp with several low power settings with a wide diffused beam. A bright hotspot would be overwhelming for close up work. Some newer headlamps are easily detached and can be used as a hand held light. Armytek, Zebralight, Spark.
