Yeah, when the sun set, it was probably warming one side more than the other, leading to uneven expansion/contracting of the truck sheet metal, ripping the truck right off the stand laterally.
It would be akin to a mere man standing outside when the sun is out, and NOT being flung into the street when the sun hits only one side.
It looks like there was some side force on the stands too.
They are probably rated for 100% vertical load only.
