I was able to find a battery shop here called "Dixon" that was able to build a new battery pack in the same shape/configuration as the old with the controller board included. They actually had to ship the battery to their head office in Montreal to do the job but it all worked out. The new battery has been reinstalled and everything works great. Getting burn times of close to 140 minutes now.

How did you pick up - plastic cover ; with a compressed air through battery pins hole ?
I just have rebuild 2 battery packs with 32650 6Ah LiFePO4 on 4S3P that means 13,6V@ 18Ah . With BMS size H= 220mm and fi=77mm . Pack of 25 cells https://www.ebay.de/itm/363038381927 =139€
