you sure? seems legal in ID. is there some local ordinance against them beyond the state level where you are?

and even if they were illegal, who cares? no one's going to bust you or prosecute you unless you draw attention to yourself by doing something shady or try to conduct business as an unlicensed locksmith. you can also just keep the picks at home if you live in one of the few states with unfavorable laws. i don't think they're illegal to have at home anywhere.
