Hi all,
It's been a while since I posted on the forums, I'm surprised and happy to see it still up and running.
I have my original Four-Sevens Preon P1 1xaaa from 2009. It still works but only with the flat tailcap, as the FourSevens reverse clickie push-buttons were garbage.
Is it possible to find a replacement Pushbutton tailcap for this light? If there's ever been a 3rd party that made a forward clicky for it, all the better-if not, no worries, I can settle for the o.g. replacement part.
Thanks,
Brad

I do not know the source, but The legacy Preon switches were press fit into the tailcap.
There were modder's who could make a new outer switch cap that made accidental activation
and tail standing a thing of history.
I would pursue any tail cap switch. You can take the old switch out of your light and replace it.
I would test your current switch first. These lights are made of aluminum that can oxidize and cause
switching problems. The legacy Quark switch ring presented this problem and was cleared by
cleaning the oxidation off the contact points.
Let us know how You make out :)
