triphenyl phosphate (TPP)https://www.dogonews.com/2017/2/11/...uisher-may-be-the-answer-to-exploding-devices I am a proponent of protection circuits for all lithium chemistries, so long as state of charge, or short are an issue. I think brand quality control is always huge, for safety. But a wrapper that can control or extinguish a lithium metal fire, is worth something, so long as it does cause the user to loose sight of the basics:brand batteries, smart charger, protection circuits against low voltage /high voltage/current level where appropriate to chemistry/ heat shutdown when available.
