I'm looking for my first good folder. I've gone through a bunch of cheaper stuff and they just seem well, cheap :shrug: I checked out a couple benchmades and they seem like a huge step up. I liked the torrent and the kulgara. The 940 also looks good in pics but I haven't handled one in person. I'm leaning towards the torrent but was wondering if anyone has first hand experience. The assisted opening is quite impressive. No question as to whether or not it's locked! 
oo: The thing that makes me a little nervous is that you can shake it open. Do you guys find that this knife stays closed or does it accidentally open? This is a bigger purchase for me so I'd be really bummed to get it and find later I don't really like it.
