What Brands For 14500 & 18650?

I see all kinds of brands on Amazon I've never heard of and not sure what to get. So what known, established brands are reliable, safe, and don't over-inflate their specs? I'm also looking for a 4-bay charger. Amazon is flooded with obvious, blatant fake reviews and I don't know what to believe.

For unprotected 18650, look for Murata/Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, LG and Milicell. For protected ones, look at manufacturers that use the above mentioned cells.
The best home charger for unprotected cylindrical cells is SkyRC MC3000
