I have a couple of SSC P4's and Luxeon 3's on my desk in front of me and that looks exactly like a P4.

If it also helps a P4 has a soft or gummy dome while a Luxeon is hard like plastic.

On each of the 4 silver areas on the sides of the die there is a little dot. The Luxeons didn't have these. They are definitely P4s.
