Which one for fishing for walleye at night?

I guess my real question is what is the difference between red and photo red?

It looks like photo red is the true, deep red that the benefits of red light generally refer to... I wonder if it's any good for achy joints too?

The regular red might look a little brighter (oranger anyways), I'd get the photo red if I was getting a dedicated red light.
