Exactly. SC52 (or even smaller 1XAA in another brand) and then the SC63 covers a lot. Good combo. The SC63 and SC5 were just too close in size for me.

It seems that you're taking a piece of solid steel and making a flashlight "from scratch"?
The Hound Dog runs 110 minutes at 900 lumens on 2x 18650's.
The TK75 runs 235 minutes at 1,500+ lumens on 4x 18650's.
Interesting...admittedly harder to form a name without a hint at physical design or even confirmation of Damascus/mokume type. All we have are variations
