RCR123 is a bit problematic in some equipment, as you in see in my article about RCR123.
None of the big battery factories produces RCR123, this leaves your with batteries from Chinese factories. You can compare different brands in my comparator. A good brand is AW, it might not have top performance, but has good safety and the size is close to CR123.
