Thanks. I seem to have gotten what I wanted with WriteRight. It does a nice job "homogenizing" and broadening the spot on the Lux5. This is my first McR-27 - the spill is too dang big :wow: 
I need to find some little doohickey or maybe gizmo to use for a bezel extender to limit it a bit I think.
