Streamlight parts

Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum, but it concerns incan. Streamlights. I have an old TL-3 lying around and I would love to get a new tailcap o-ring, as the old one is kind of frazzled. I tried writing to Streamlight a couple of times about buying replacement o-rings, but they don't seem to be in the business of answering emails. I know they have a parts catalog in a PDF on the site, just don't see any way of ordering. Second obvious step would be Streamlight dealers, looked around but can't find any that seem to have a decent stock. Any advice?

Here's some contact information: http://www.streamlight.com/support/authorized-service-centers.aspx You can also take the old o-ring to a local hardware store and probably find one that fits. I usually buy a couple that look like they would fit. Once I find the right size I go back for more. I don't have that light, but I save o-ring sizes in my computer for future reference.

The info on that page is mainly for sending lights in for warranty repairs, I would have to make phone calls or send snail-mail letters via the post office (seeing as there are no email addresses listed) to each of those service centers to check if they can supply me with o-rings for the TL-3. Local hardware stores could be a faster option, I might try that. Thanks for the tip!
