I have 2 AW ICR 123 batteries that I rotate in a 4sevens quark 123. I was using the light and it just quit. I think the protection circuit kicked in. I tried to charge it while I was using the other battery in the quark. It would not charge in my UltraFire WF-139 charger. I took the battery out and checked the voltage and it read 0 volts. A couple of months later my second battery is doing the same thing. These are new batteries and this is my first attempt at trying to charge them. Whats going on? I'm baffled.
