Sold/Expired ***CLOSED***Nichia NSPW500CS $1.00 each shipped (U bin CO tint only)

I wanted some for prototyping so I bought a bunch of extras. I want to keep this as simple as possible so here's the deal:

$1.00 each, 10 pieces minimum, US shipping is included.
Orders outside of US please add $1.00 (Airmail letter post)
PayPal (cash or credit) to frank(at)glow-on.com (again, to keep it simple I'm not going to sweat a few cents in PP charges)
Include your shipping address and CPF user ID with order
Shipped in padded envelope.
All LEDs tested at 20 mA before shipping.
I'm not going to offer insurance since it's virtually impossible to collect anyway. If you really want special shipping PM me but it will cost.

I'll collect orders and ship on Mondays and Thursdays to minimize trips to the post office (starting this Monday 12/12/05)

Still available? Are these noticably brighter than the earlier GB which I think had V flux? What's the CO tint like? THanks.

Yes, they're still available.
Nichia specs at 20 mA:
V bin = 22000-31000 mcd
U bin = 15500-22000 mcd
T bin = 11000-15500 mcd

V bin is almost impossible to get. C0 tint is slightly blue. B tint is more blue.

The Nichias arrived here pretty quickly, considering the USPS Christmas rush.
Nice packaging Frank, thanks for making these available.

I also got some Peak SNOW 29s from lebox, and they arrived about the same
time. The SNOW29s seem a bit more efficient, but the Nichia CS's are certainly
brighter. I'll post some info once I have a chance to do my long-run (weeks) low mA tests.
