Will someone please point me to a good registry cleaner for my 'puter...

While I have found a few that clean your registry up to a certain point, they always tell you that you have to "register" their product to get the complete cleaning. Are there any out there that will clean out everything on my registry without having to fork over a Credit Card number?

Obtw, I'm running the WinXP OS.. :help:

I use CCleaner. It is free and gets rid of a lot of stuff. It also shows what starts up in boot

I've been using Fix-it Utilities 4.0M by Ontrack for years. It does a lot more than clean the registy, including defrag the drive and boot registry and a LOT more. It's most excellent at keeping my machines running spiffy! :) I got it online for free somewhere a long time ago but it's still top notch.

Here's an epinions review link

I've grown attached to XP Registry Cleaner and TweakNow and don't overlook Hijackthis for cleaning out the start up files.
