Another thread here (my boss dried my CR123A) got me to thinking that I've heard a lot of different slang (or local) terms for things like running down batteries.
-Run Down
-Flattened
-Geeked
-Dried (up, out, etc)
-Dead

Also for dead bulbs/emitters
-Pop(ped)
-Burned out
-Flashed

So what other terms like these do people use?

EDIT: Adding terms as we go...
-Toast
-Hosed
-History
-Smoked (suggested by a co-worker looking over my shoulder)
-Wasted
-Fried
-Consumed
-Knackered (it's been a LONG time since I heard that one :naughty: )
-Drained
-spent
-worn
-exhausted
-busted
-baked
-Crapped out (how could I forget this one?!?)
-depleted
-discharged
-out of commision
-FUBAR

I'd expect my teen nephews and neices to say something like:

"My boss pwnt my batteries!"
"My batteries got owned!"

I think TheLEDMuseum takes the trophy for funniest use of slang. Cracks me up all the time. "horsepuckey" is my favorite, which in the current context, might be: "my batteries horsepuckeyed"

"Baked." Usage: I charged my batteries at too high of a rate, and now my cells are baked.

Also used, to say busted, or popped, as in getting busted or popped. (by the cops, for instance) Instead of your busted, it's, "Your baked!".

Very similar to "Toast" in meaning and usage. More examples of both:

"Here come the cops, you're toast/baked!", "My cells are Toast/Baked"

Horse Puckey, eh? I used to think of that as what old people or cowboys would say. When I was a kid, we used "Bull Puckey!".
