As any flashaholic with a "power house" knows, reflecting light off the ceiling of a room can yield better room room illumination than just pointing it around.
At some point during the late 70's and thereafter, my father stopped painting the entire room one color. He says that from now on the ceilings will be white because it makes the rooms look bigger! Just looks nicer, too.
Well, it also helps the incandescent room light stay whiter, let alone what a nice glossy white does for your LED lights.
Anyone else have white ceiling for this reason? Anyone plan on painting now?
Anyone getting mirrored ceilings?
