It's a big world out there. With the current population of being ~6.5 billions, it's pretty hard for old Saint Nick to visit all house for every boy and girl (young and old).
He might have missed you on the route this year, it does not mean that you've been "naughty". It's just that the list is growing by 100 millions every year. It makes a hell of a flight plan, even if you can freeze time.
Just to lay a helping hand. I would like to donate two very popular lights to the cause.

I will cover for everything which includes: light, batteries, and shipping.
GreenLED will provide a free lanyard for every prize winner.
The raffle will conclude at midnight on New Years Eve (12/31/2005)! At that point Andrew will pick out the two winning numbers.
To qualify you must meet at least (4) four conditions:
1. Have not received anything YOU LIKE for Christmas.
2. In the arm force oversea.
3. Must NOT be a member of the CHP (California Highway Patrol).
4. Have not committed a misdemeanor this year (2005)
5. Have not performed more than five "bad" deeds this year (2005)
It's an honor system, so let your conscious guide you in what you think is good and bad. Note there is no cancelation system. One good deed does not negate your bad deed.
Just post "add me to the raffle list" if you qualify and wish to participate.
