I have recently read about the aging effects on L-Ion's.

Can I use the Triton to discharge to say 3.75-3.8 v's

alauda:

The Triton's LVC for Li-Ion is 3V but if you discharge with a moderate load you find that a cell will recover or bounce back to around 3.7V-3.8V. You may to adjust your discharge current.

If the cell is below that point, you can charge it and watch the Triton's screen. It stops charging and the current goes to zero while it checks the cells voltage during the charge cycle. Stop the cycle when it hits 3.8V.

Seems easier to use the first method.

I'd say .7-1C discharge rate. At 1C, it means that if your cells are 500mAh, you discharge at 500ma. The lower you go the less the recovery will be.
