I've tried to seach for info on this but failed to find anything, is it possible to run this on a single Li-ion AAA (3.7v)?

Many Thanks

I've run my Matterhorn with a single Snow29 with 1.5 volt AAA lithium cells, but I'm pretty sure that 3.7 volts would cook the poor thing. Stick with the 1.5 v cells.

Hope it helps,

the recommended spec on the Snow 29 is 3.4-3.6v - min 20ma max 30ma.

where'd you find a single AAA battery that is 3.7 volts??? or did you mean 1.7v, or 2 AAA's?

the question perhaps is what will the step up circuit do to the increased voltage input?

Archangel: I'll stick with the AAA lithiums for the moment then,

Lebox97: I just ordered 2 lithium-ions and charger from AW so was looking to see if the single led would cope with the 3.7v these run at. one of them is going in a solitaire with a terralux microstar conversion.
