Collimated IR lasers available?

I'm looking for collimated IR lasers, preferably packaged as "pointers" or "aimers," with a tight collimated beam.

I'm interested in obtaining two different kinds: one weak (class IIIa, under 5mW), and one more powerful (somewhere in the range of 50-300 mW.)

(I'm aware that you can remove the crystals from a green laser, but then you're stuck with the challenge of collimating the beam of the IR diode. And yes, of course I know how harmful IR lasers can be, and of course I'll be complying with safety standards and also all laws!)

CNI make them, and run them up to 400mw. I'm in dialog with them to see about getting bulk stocks for resale - I'll let you know! Naturally, CPF members will get a discount.

Great values and have what you are seeking. Do NOT bother with the hazards of removing an IR filter from a 532nm unit. AixiZ has a nice selection of modules in 808nm and 980nm wavelengths.
