Just wondering if many people have problems with Black SF HA in relation to parts being purple instead of black. I've never got a black SF because I don't wanna spend $$$ for a purple light. Is this a real issue or have I just imagined the whole thing??? If I bought a black SF soon, could I be confident that it would actually be black?

These lights are built for users...there is alot of color variation...it is the nature of this.
I know they're built for users and I own many HA natural SF's and don't mind the variations in green at all. But I do mind having a purple flashlight which is supposed to be black.
Call me picky, but if I order a black light, I would prefer it to actually be black. I don't mind different tints but some of the black SF's I've seen are really, really purple. This doesn't seem to be the case with other manufacturers who use HA Black like Fenix etc. Just thought they might have sorted it out but that doesn't seem to be the case.
