I'm pretty sure Fivemega is the only one that does such a thing.
I'm sure he'll do another run of them in the not too distant.
If you're desperate for a 'fix' you can always buy a 'potted' bulb (Bi-Pin, converted to PR base).
'Litho 123' and 'Light Edge' do a fair selection of the ones that are the most popular around here.
