I have one of the original U2's. Although I have been lucky with the tail cap but the reflector has what can best be described as a layer of grey dust in it. From what I have read the QC on the first ones was not up to much.
Living in the UK, returning to SF is not really an option as the costs get prohibitive.
Anyhow three quick questions
1) Are the newer ones better QC wise?
2) Do they still suffer that awfull hole and tint?
3) Is there anyway I can undo the head to give it a good blast out with compressed air etc?
Any advice would be helpfull
