Where to find black-and-white bulls-eyes for controlled beam shots?

Where can I buy a target consisting of concentric black-lined circles against a WHITE background? These NRA handgun targets and the MR, SR, and SR-1 high power rifle targets come close but the background is buff (a light yellow) and their center black circles are on the large side.

I'm looking for something between 28 and 48 inches in diameter that resembles the concentric circle target used by Flashlight Reviews.

I've composed a few targets in CAD that I never got around to printing - mostly for lack of ready access to a large-format printer. If you have an idea of what you want, I could devise it for you, but it would be up to you to print it...

I've ordered the B-22 Army L targets (28x28 inches). I'll replace the 5-inch black center circle with a makeshift white one. I hope the "buff" color doesn't tinge my results too badly.
