What's your favourite 35w HID

What is, in your opinion the best 35w HID out there right now under $800??? And why?

Personally, I'm not a fan of the Costco's - I like something with a little bit more portability (and a little less weight). But that's just my cup of tea.

For $300 with two batteries 1hr each it is hard to beat the power and flexibility of the Acro X990. Small compared to the Costco but still a little heavy. Keeper

The X990 is my favourite, because it's the only 35w HID light I have.
Lowest price is $300 with two batteries.

Bang for the buck,

You probably cant beat the X990.

I also like the Havis Sheild, it seems alot tougher,
but you have to rig up an external battery pack.

Bang for buck in a decent good size would be the X990 for me.
Sheer bang for buck in an okay size would be the Amondotech HID coming this May.
The X990 wins in the weight, size, and adjustability catagories.
The Amondotech wins in the price and throw catagories between the two.

I have two Costco HID's and two Amondotech prototypes. For general use the Amondoech's are 4lbs lighter, smaller, give a wider more useable hotspot, and a nicer overal corona.

These are just my thoughts.
