Jasper Always- Is it pot moddable? R123?

If so, how easy is it to get to the pot?
Second ? Is it OK to use a R123 (rechargeable 3.7 volt battery)

All lasers are modable to some degree or another. I'm not sure if the Jasper has a pot that can be turned, however if your electronics skills are good you should be able to at least switch some resistors in order to get more current/voltage to the diode.

With batteries you need to be very careful. The rechargable 3V Lithiums will have a fresh recharge of around 3.9V. This might instantly kill the diode.

I do believe that the Jasper series' boards are near exact to the leadlights. If I'm correct, it should be rather easy to pot mod the unit.
