Duracell customer service - pretty good

I bought a few Duracell 30 minute chargers and with them, I got a dozen 2100 mAh Duracell Accu NiMH AAs.

They all got lousy capacity after repeated cycling. Most reached 1700-1900 range, one reached full 2100 but one persistently held 1400 mAh.

I called Duracell and they sent me return postage label to send them all back and they sent me product certificate toward the purchase of three 4 packs.

Since my experience with the 2500/2650 mAh Duracell has been awesome, I'll get those.

Hi Turbo,

It's so nice to see some positive things about a company these days.
I had a problem with Radio Shack when i got my charger and cells, but
eventually was able to get a new one (which still doesnt quite work right).

I might try more of these cells in the future too, but i was hoping the
new enercells which are supposed to have much lower self discharge
would come out around here before i need more.
