Fenix L1T - Troubles doing 2 levels.

I got the L1T recently and haven't played with it too much. However, I'm having trouble getting it to go into low mode.

If I twist the very tight, it will go into low. However, it has to be really tight. When it untighten it a bit, it will go into high mode.

Is it possible to make it so that it doesn't take much effort.

You are supposed to untighten the head for low and tighten for high. Turn it on and loosen the head a full turn. If its still on high then you got problems.

very strange, you need to send it back to where you got it from to
get it checked out.

Are you twisting the tail or the head?

Yes, I'm twisting the head. I ordered the L1T from fenix-store. It came in good condition. Unfortunately low is a pain to get it.

It was meant as a gift, so I only played with it on the first day and recently.

4sevens tell me how to get this issue resolved? Your PM is full..

also describe in more detail what you mean by it being a pain
to get to low.. is the head too tight? orings not lubed?

Hey could you post back when this has been resolved i've just ordered a Fenix L1T from Lighthound I hope this problem isn't due to a bad batch.

Clipse is right mate, you are meant to loosen it to achieve the low setting.

Thanks 4sevens! I got the flashlight back last week!

Everything is working perfectly! Twist head tight for high, loosen for low.
