Hey guys I was digging thru my flashlight collection and realized I had a Sandwich Shop Lambda namomate. Anybody else own one of these? It is the Streamlight keymate light modified to run on a N cell and uses a luxeon, I image a low dome as the light is a few years old now. It was I believe a one time limited run. It really isn't any brighter then a new Arc AAA premium and runtime is less then an hour but it has a pretty good, relatively smooth beam.

Has any other Luxeon light came out that is even smaller?

I think the JIL-CR2 DD or Intelli (or new JCR2-LR or JCR2-IT) is smaller than the Vortex KC-1 or Fenix P1.

However, the Orb Raw NS is smaller than the JIL.

Smallest?

My vote goes to the Orb Raw NS, Ti, Ag, and SS-Ti.

As a bonus, mine are UXOJ LuxIII, not 1w. These little lights surprise everyone that sees them.

Click on the pic below for a size comparison.

probably one of the cr2 lights

like fenix P1 or Vortex KC-1

The P1 uses CR123 not CR2, but it's pretty darn small for a CR123 light. The JIL DD and the CR2 Ion are even smaller...

I'm rather surprised that no one has put together one of the tiny Li-poly
batteries used by the micro-RC plane folk with a luxeon emitter and
Aluminum or copper package to make the "ultimate" keychain light...
