Somehow, I doubt it. I don't think they're in the same product line, despite the "M" designation. Doubling the voltage would probably fry it, and it already has a 15 hour runtime. It doesn't take much energy to make a "bright" IR light.
That's why they have the FM63 IR Filter. If you have an M1 already and dont want to spend the cash on an FM63, then you can probably take a weaver mount and put the M1 in it and mount it from there.
