Is it possible to (safely) soup up a UK 4AA?

I have the "old fashioned" twist head 4AA, and it is nice, but not as bright as I would like. The BrightGuy website: http://www.brightguy.com/detail.tpl?cart=10416510693328&sku=UND14107BG says it uses a 2.1 Watt 4.8 volt Xenon bulb. Can anyone recommend a brighter bulb that will fit and function?

If I'm not wrong, it comes as a lamp assembly. If so, I think you will be hard pressed to find another lamp assy that's higher wattage. One solution if this is the case, would be to drill out the bulb as I have done with my SL6. Fit another bulb inside, adjust till you get the right focus while the epoxy is drying. Tah Dah!
