I didn't know if this is the right spot to put this, but thought I would share a beam shot of the before and after the transplant I did tonight.
The first is factory LEDs that I sanded with 2000grit paper to smooth out the beam. The second is the THC3s I direct replaced, using the existing 100ohm resister.
Not bad for a $7.00 upgrade!!!
Light has a lot more throw and nice hot spot with little side spill. Since throw is what I wanted, these worked out great.
