I remember this topic being brought up before but I can't for the life of my find the thread. Why exactly is it the the BS 123A's don't work well in the A2? And what problems occur with using them in an A2?

I had tried the BS batteries in my A2 awhile ago and thought they sucked. The incan dropped out of regulation after only 15-20 minutes of use.

I've been running BS cells in my A2 since i've gotten it they have been fine hrmm.

There were problems with some of the BS batches. I'm not sure of the dates of those batches. I had problems with 2 batches but I hear that the newer BS 123s are OK.

I've had similart problem with BS cells in my A2. But, the cells perform just fine in all other lights.
