Energizer 2500ah Ni-mh cells -made in japan

Hi folks...

Ive recently read a couple of thread's which give out good experiences of these (Japan HR cells).. going in a ROP build btw.

Now, after doing another search this evening for something unrelated, I came across other energizer battery posts. Some folks are saying they have had cells which are discharging too rapidly or maybe faulty mfg by sanyo!.

Ive bought a couple of packs yesterday from tesco..spotted them on offer....the date code is 08-0515

Is there a date code I should be looking out to avoid ??

should I take em back ?? ...have i goofed!..


any help would be appreciated here.
