Some of the stuff on that site is legal but much of it is not.

Automotive Conversion kits are illegal to import, sell or install in USA. Taking Halogen out and putting HID is is not okay. If the headlights were not designed for HID they will blind (glare) the oncoming drivers.

Any company which sells this stuff in USA has questionable ethics and is trying to sell under the radar of the Feds. The Feds have levied fines as high as 1/4 million dollars for companies doing this importing.

Besides, 99% of these hid kits are junk. The ones that are not junk dont sell in USA anymore. The warranties are generally worthless.

I got a set of 9006 HID replacements for the foglights on my Prius. They do create a lot more glare even aimed low but I only use them during the daytime as DRL's or foggy conditions with little or no traffic.
