Okay it's not a flashlight but it IS a light and of a style I've been looking to add to my collection for quite some time!
c1919 Plume & Atwood kerosene "Student Lamp"
Kinda rare as it has a dual wick/dual control for lighting and a little lever that activates a built in snuffer. With both wicks running full out it puts out about 17 candlepower of light and a LOT of heat. Runtime is great at 100% output in an absolutely flat curve for about 10 hours and you can "recharge" it in about 1 minute.
The photo just doesn't do justice to the amazing brass patina this light has and except for the support ring for the shade the whole thing is origional and in first rate condition (small chip in the white glass shade and small dent in the backside of the fuel tank). I'm so pleased with this find!
