Dennis, I forgot to mention this comes without a lens or reflector. I was intending it as a host for multi LEDs and I don't have the other parts. Please let me know if this is an issue.

Yes the A3 lens fits but I am out of stock. I saw another buyer of these heads find one through CPF WTB.

Funny, I was going for the same combo but they didn't have HA NAT Keylux's.

I've never had a Keylux before, So I don't know about those reflectors.
You should ask cpfers like: jeffb, ledzeppelin, tdurand, and bogus1.

It should be pretty bright being a seoul and all.

I just received a key lux aa a few weeks ago and the beam is a very nice flood. The Flupic will run any level you want. The medium to high settings are similar to a SF L4, though not quite as floody. The reflector is concentric stepped circles is the best I can describe it. The body is more compact than I expected, certainly small enough to wear around the neck. Saving for more!

thanks nuggett, although, I am not getting the flupic, just the canister with the seoul being driven at 350mA. I'm sure it will be floody at a lower level than what you get with the flupic I guess. I am just trying to get a feel for what to expect, actually chompin at the bit over here!!!!!!!!!! Doug

I really don't like colored HA.
Natural Is the way to go

350mA should put you at 90-115 bulb lumens, for the size of the keylux, that's great.

Post some beamshots If you can.

As soon as they stock up on ha nat keylux's, I'm getting one.

Yep, you nailed It. I like my light to be tough as nails. Maybe these are HA III?

About the rechargeable battery question, I think* these are at 3V max.
Not sure though.

Yep, I talked to Eric by email and he indicated they are all HA III, he also added he thought it was possible the dye could possibly weaken the anodize but sort of downplayed that possibility. No worries though, I am buying them to use and eventually they will get some dings. But, I will be careful with em! Hey, it'll just give me an excuse to order another!! Doug ps When I first get a new light, especially TnC's, they are almost to beautiful to use, must resist the temptation to baby em!
