This time of year, I'm thinking of including one of the little keychain squeeze type lights as accessory gifts. Of the variety around, which are your favorites?

Only guideline is they be that magical $1 each. :)

Perhaps these:

They are very bright and ridiculously cheap, but expect a couple of weeks delivery time.
I'm voting these because of price. Mine came in 12 days. Already handed some out to my brother and our friends, and they thought they were neat. Was nice to see them putting them on their keychains and playing with them outside.

I too bought a bunch from Lighthound - I found the white ones were better than I expected (for $1) but the coloured lights were Kinda cheesy. The green was amazingly bright (and died after two days), the red less so (again, as expected), the amber was pitiful and the purple to be so near UV that I had to hide it from the kids.

OK, so I'm judging the each colour on a sample of one. But they probably won't appeal all that much to a non-flashaholic, anyway.

I cannot compare with other makes - the free lights I've received with flashlight orders have been the same make as these Lighthound samples - but they are good enough for what you use them for. I have the white lights on my keychain and clipped to all my bags and use them more than what I consider to by my EDC.
