Where to buy cheap LC meter?

I was checking out some LED flashlights from a Chinese company's website and saw some inexpensive LC meters listed. Now that I am trying to find the site again, I am not having any luck. I don't even remember where I found the link for the lights.

Does anyone know what website that I may have visited? I would be grateful for any help here.
