FAULTY BUKTA ULTRAFIRE CHARGER

Just got the charger for 10440 & 14500 li-ion batteries ( http://contents.fifthunit.com/html/products.5th/sku.973.html )but it isn't working right after i plug it in to charge my 10440 cell that i ordered together :thumbsdow.
Sent email & PM them but no response so far

Anybody knows how to deal with 5th unit about this? :rant:

Did you try it with any other cells? Some chargers wont charge if the cell voltage is too low. Alternatively, is it possible the cell is already full?
