External switch for a m@g - ideas?

Hi,

I'm running 2 x 18650 in a 2C m@g and would like to shorten (chop) the whole thing by removing the switch. I see others shorten m@gs all the time.

Has anyone ever used an external switch that attaches to the tube of the flashlight?

Does anyone make a tactical switch for the rear of a m@g (like surefire)?

Any ideas appreciated....

Mac is making nice tailswitches.

I have used these switches to make a tailcap switch for a MagD. I just checked the fit of the switch in a MagC tailcap. It's just a hair too big, the very corners of the switch hit the edge of the spring recess. But I think it might fit by just sanding down the corners a little bit, it's less than a millimeter that needs to be removed.
