Mint condition black HA SPY005 #35, no logo, 600ma max output version, with 2 blue tritium vials under reflector & 2 green tritiums vials in each side of thumbgrip grooves (vials sit flush & do not protrude). Comes with original lanyard & also with nylon holster (shown below) & rubber heatshrink & tubing (not installed) to cover the reflector & knob (see photo below ). Hey there. I admit I'm not very knowledgeable about these. I have just recently thought I might like one. When I saw this one for sale, with trits already installed, I thought I might just spring for this. But...one thing has slowed me down. I thought I'd prefer the 1000ma over the 600ma version. Is there a significant visible difference between these? Do you happen to know the difference in lumens, or at least the rough difference by the naked eye? Also, what is the difference in runtime?
Except for this, I'd be saying "I'll take it".

What are the two allen screws on the one side? I am unfamiliar with that aspect..

I could only find the runtime for a 1000ma version here so I would say the 600ma would run like forever. Besides, I believe that it's not recommended to run the 1000ma at high for extended periods to prevent damage to the unit.

I don't have a 1000ma one so I can't really tell how much the difference is. Here's a review I found of the 600ma one and here's a link to other threads on the SPY005.

Forgot to mention also that mine has no logo on the end.

karlthev, that's a prototype version that belongs to milkyspit, not mine. I believe they were meant for attaching a pocketclip that never materialised.
