Surefire V70 Holster and C3?

I am considering buying the V70 holster / C3 light with Z48 tailcap.

I would wear it a 1 5/8" trouser gun belt (not a gear belt).

Will the holster fit snuggly on the belt without flopping fore and aft? ... the holster is supposed to be adjustable up to 2.25", but it is not clear what the minimum width it will snug down on is.

Will the holster retain the light well bezel down? Surefire says bezel down is required with Z48/49 tailcaps.

Any down side to carrying a C3 bezel down I may like to be aware of?
