LED for 10-year old Panasonic...

I have a 4 D-cell Panasonic which about 10 years old.

Would anyone know whether the Nite Ize LED Upgrade (for Mags) would work in my flashlight?

Yes it will. But the output may not be as bright as you might be expecting.

If you want bright output, you'd be better off with the Diamond Lux3 \ K2, if they fit in the bulb mount.

How is the bulb mounted? Is there a threaded retainer a la Mag?

BatteryJunction has Terralux LED upgrades for mags. Would those work?
